Almetek Industries gathered again this year at Schooley’s Mountain Park for the Annual Company Picnic. As a team, we repeatedly shattered our shipping goals month after month this year, gained several new staff members, and made significant improvements across the business. The picnic was a great opportunity to celebrate the successes we shared as a company over the past year.

Even with the chilly weather, we still enjoyed a fresh BBQ lunch and lots of fun activities. The volleyball games, cornhole, and the egg-spoon race got very competitive! Participants of the egg-spoon race competed in small teams to try and win several prizes. We all shared some laughs whether it was participating in the games or spectating from the sidelines. Almetek hosted a raffle again this year. Everyone was excited for this long-awaited raffle! It seems that this is the most popular prize of the whole day (I wonder why…)!

Almetek continued with the Years of Service Awards nominations this year. Eight employees were recognized, with one employee achieving 35 years of service with Almetek! Congratulations to each of our employees who received awards this year.

This has been a year of substantial growth for our company. Thank you to every member of our organization. We look forward to our new goals and reaching them as a team.
