This year we were able to hold our Annual Company Picnic at Schooley’s Mountain Park. After two long years of not getting together as a group, we made this company picnic the most memorable event thus far.

It was a day filled with fun games, good food, and lots of laughs. We played volleyball, water balloon toss, egg on a spoon race, potato sack race, and Almetek trivia. The winners of each game got to pick from a selection of prizes. We also hosted a raffle and gave away a vacation day to two winners.

Almetek announced a new tradition to celebrate workplace milestones at the annual company picnic. The new program is called the “Years of Service Award”. It honors employees who have been with Almetek for 5 years up to 30+ years and thanks them for their contributions. To demonstrate our appreciation each honoree was awarded a certificate and a gift card ranging from $50 – $1,000.

There were also many new faces in the crowd as we welcomed the latest group of team members this year. We are very thankful for our employees, and we love events like this to recognize their dedication and hard work.

Overall, it was a great day for Almetek to come together as a company and have fun!
