This year,  Almetek participated in the Adopt a Family program organized by Volunteers of America. Volunteers of America matches less fortunate families with individuals or organizations who “adopt” them and purchase items off of their holiday wish list. This program gives hope to those in need and allows families to celebrate the holidays who otherwise would not be able.  The program was a great success, and between all employees and the management team, the company was able to fully sponsor two families.
